Swansea 3 Hull 1
Premier League - April 4, 2015
Swansea City remained on course for their best Premier League finish as a Bafetimbi Gomis double helped them see of relegation-threatened Hull at the Liberty Stadium.
Garry Monk's men took an 18th minute league when Ki Sung-yueng tapped the ball home after Allan McGregor had only been able to parry a Jonjo Shelvey drive into the path of the South Korea international.
The hosts extended their lead eight minutes before the break with a spectacular strike from Gomis, as he swivelled to smash an acrobatic overhead kick into the top corner.
Hull responded with Paul McShane pulling a goal back five minutes after the interval, but they were soon down to 10-men when David Meyler was shown a straight red for a poor challenge on Kyle Naughton.
And Gomis made sure of the points as he went through and calmly lofted the ball over McGregor late on.

League Cup - August 26, 2008
Swansea dumped Premier League newboys Hull out of the League Cup in a dramatic tie at the Liberty Stadium.
The Tigers had taken the lead when a nice dummy in the area allowed Dean Windass to covert, but the Swans levelled just past the hour mark from Gorka Pintado's glancing header.
The Spaniard should have won it for the Swans in stoppage time, but saw his spot-kick saved by Matt Duke after Wayne Brown had fouled Febian Brandy.
But Jordi Gomez made no mistake from the spot in extra time after Michael Turner had brought down Shaun MacDonald.

An unforgettable afternoon of nerves and anxiety ended in celebration in SA1 as James Thomas' hat-trick preserved Swansea City's Football League status.
Needing a win to remain in the fourth tier the hosts got the perfect start as Thomas drilled home a penalty in just the sixth minute after Leon Britton had been brought down in the area,
However, defensive errors allowed Hull to lead as Stuart Elliot and Martin Reeves found the net.
But the Swans levelled through Thomas' second spot-kick after Justin Whittle was adjudged to have handled in the area, before the striker's header fell for Lenny Johnrose to put the hosts back in the lead.
And Thomas put a seal on the crucial victory by seizing on a loose pass to loft a wonderful chip over Alan Fettis.
Swansea 5 Hull 3
Third Division - March 2, 1979
Tommy Smith and John Toshack scored a brace apiece as Swansea boosted their promotion push with a thrilling victory over Hull at The Vetch.
The Swans had trailed early when Micky Horswill gave Hull the lead, and the Tigers would net twice more through striker Bruce Bannister.
But they could not match the Swans attacking verve, particularly once Smith had fired home his first from near the touchline.
The former Liverpool defender would have his second before the break, with Toshack adding his own brace and Jeremy Charles also on the scoresheet as the Swans claimed a first league win of 1979.
