Owls tie selected for TV coverage
Swansea City’s Emirates FA Cup replay against Sheffield Wednesday has been selected for live television coverage by the BBC.
As a result, the game will kick off at 8.05pm on Tuesday, February 27.
Carlos Carvalhal’s men must face the Owls for a second time after their fifth-round clash at Hillsborough last weekend ended goalless.
The Swans are hoping to land a place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup for the first time since 1964.
Should they progress, they will host either Spurs or Rochdale in the last eight.
The Swans have made the Sheffield Wednesday replay a kids for a quid game.
That means all under-16s can watch the fifth-round clash for just £1 with every paying adult.
There will be a maximum of four kids’ tickets per paying adult.
The club have also waived the standard booking fee for all child tickets.
Adult season ticket holders and Jack Army members can watch the game for just £10*, with concessions priced at £8* if bought before 10am on the day of the game. Prices will increase on the day to £15 and £10 respectively.
Non-season ticket holders and Jack Army members will be charged £15 for adults and £10 for concessions.
