Ollie Cooper | There is more to come from me and this team

Ollie Cooper believes there is more to come from him and Swansea City as they prepare to take on Norwich City on Saturday (3pm).

The 24-year-old was recently handed his first international start under Craig Bellamy's new reign as Wales manager, in his country's 2-1 Nations League win over Montenegro.

And Cooper, who has featured in all of Swansea City's Championship fixtures so far this campaign, believes he is growing in confidence again after a tough time during parts of last season.

But he feels there is still an awful lot he can improve on despite his bright start to the new campaign.

"It was a great camp for me personally, and overall it was great. I think we're feeling very positive from the first two games. I think it's what you dream for as a kid, playing for your country," said Cooper.

"I'm glad to be playing for club and country, I still feel like there's a lot more I can offer and bring to the team. I think for me, I'm starting to build up confidence again.

"I feel like the more I play, the more that's going to happen. The confidence will build and I can show what I can do.

"I think I've been able to find that momentum again, and find myself in positions up the pitch and managing to get on the ball, turning and driving, which is all the things I enjoy doing.

"There's been positives, but there's also bits we need to work on. But we've got a lot of new faces in and some who are playing in the Championship for the first time.

"I think it's about trying to get everyone gelling together, which will come."
