No new injury concerns ahead of Plymouth assignment

Alan Sheehan has reported no new injury concerns ahead of Swansea City’s Championship clash with Plymouth Argyle.
The Swans face the Pilgrims in the second of back-to-back home games, having picked up three points with a hard-fought victory over Derby County at the weekend.
The clash with the Rams was a physical test against a direct side, but caretaker head coach Sheehan has confirmed his players emerged unscathed, even with Goncalo Franco taking a blow to his knee when careering into an advertising hoarding in the first half.
Sheehan also confirmed that Filip Lissah and Kristian Pedersen are stepping up their injury recoveries.
“The game at the weekend was one of the lowest ball-in-play times we’ve faced this season, so the distances covered were down but obviously the physical nature of the game means it’s challenging in a different way,” said Sheehan.
“Everybody has come through it fine, we have also had Filip Lissah back in training.
“Kristian Pedersen is back on the grass but not with the group yet. Josh Ginnelly is getting minutes with the under-21s to try and get him up to speed.
“Otherwise we have got everyone else available.
“We are facing another side fighting for their lives, needing point to stay in the division, so we have to combat that and find the most effective way to try and win the game.”
