Nathan Dyer | Let's keep away record in tact
Nathan Dyer has urged Swansea City to keep their unbeaten in tact when they face Huddersfield Town at the John Smith’s Stadium on Tuesday (7.45pm).
Tuesday’s match marks the second fixture within a run of three games in six days, with the Swans returning to the Liberty to face Fulham on Friday.
Steve Cooper’s side have picked up four wins and four draws on the road this season, and Dyer wants to see thir unbeaten away record continue beyond tonight.
“We have to put Saturday’s performance behind us and put things right against Huddersfield,” he said.
“We have been doing well away from home so we need to pick ourselves up again and continue our unbeaten away record.
“Overall, we are having a good campaign so far. It is easy for us to look at the performance and result against Millwall and keep our heads down but we need to stay focussed.
“It is important that we ensure we all recover well and get prepared as best as we can.
“We’ve got a big squad so I’m sure people will be ready to come into the side and show what they can do this week.
“We need everyone right now, especially as we approach the busy Christmas schedule. It is a really busy period so we need everyone to be ready.”
