Michael Duff | There's plenty more work and improvement ahead
Head coach Michael Duff insists Swansea City have plenty more work and improvement to come as they look to build on victory over Sheffield Wednesday.
The Swans beat the Owls 3-0 at the Swansea.com Stadium, picking up a first Championship win of the season courtesy of goals from Jamal Lowe, Jerry Yates and Charlie Patino.
They now prepare to make the trip to The Den to take on a Millwall side who have lost just one of their last five in the league.
And Duff says the challenge for his side is to continue to put in the hard work and effort on the training pitch and strive to improve.
“It was good to get the monkey off our backs and get that first win,” he said.
“But we know we have not arrived because we have won one game, this is a tough league, and there is still a lot of hard work and a lot of improvement to come from us.
“There were definitely positives in terms of some of the football we played, the energy and the intensity we showed.
“We know we needed to give the supporters something, we have a lot still to do for them, but we are trying and working and we will keep doing so.”
