Meet the officials | Preston North End

Stephen Martin is the man in the middle for Swansea City’s Championship trip to take on Preston North End on Tuesday (7.45pm).
It's the third time he has overseen a Swans game this season, having taken charge of the 3-0 victory over Preston North End in August, and the win at Plymouth Argyle in December.
Staffordshire-born Martin has officiating in his blood with his father and grandfather blowing the whistle in the Football League. He first took up refereeing in 2002 and had made it to step five of the football pyramid within six years.
He joined the National List of Referees ahead of the 2012-13 season and took charge of his first Championship match in January of that campaign. In 2015, he was included in the list of Select Group 2 officials.
He has officiated 23 games so far this season across the EFL and FA Cup, handing out 96 yellow cards and no red cards.
On Tuesday, Martin will be assisted by Mark Dwyer and Carl Fitch-Jackson, while David Webb will be the fourth official.
