Swansea.com Stadium early morning

Swansea City will welcome Rio Ave to the Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday (August 3) for our final pre-season friendly. 

Kick-off is set for 3pm, and season ticket holders can claim a free ticket to attend. Please note, showing your season ticket card will not grant you access and you must claim a match ticket. 

Turnstiles and hospitality doors will open one hour before kick off (2pm), with only the West Stand open for this fixture.

The ticket office will be open from 9am for any supporter queries.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

All season ticket holders can claim a free ticket to attend this fixture. We urge supporters to claim their ticket in advance to secure the best seats and avoid any delays on matchday.

NEW HOSPITALITY GUESTS AND TICKET UPGRADES

Hospitality prices for this fixture range from £5 to £18, and all tickets can be purchased by clicking the button below.

Hospitality provides an enhanced matchday experience with access to a premium lounge, including bar facilities to purchase food and beverages, comfortable seating in the lounges, and a padded hospitality seat to watch the action unfold. 

Lounges open an hour prior to kick-off and stay open for an hour post-match. This is the perfect opportunity to sample Swans Hospitality at a significantly discounted rate.

If you would like to purchase hospitality for tomorrow, you can do so via the ticketing website or by visiting the ticket office during its opening hours.

DIGITAL TICKETS

Supporters are reminded that they can also access a digital copy of their season ticket or matchday ticket via the Swansea City app. 

To use the in-app ticketing service, supporters should ensure their app is up to date and that they are running the latest version to ensure the correct tickets are pulling through. This may involve visiting your relevant app store.

Ticket holders will need to use their Swansea Club Account to access their ticket and ensure it is linked to the correct season ticket account. For more information on this and a walkthrough of the steps needed, please visit our FAQs.

Eligible supporters can access the ‘Jacks’ tab of the Swans app and click ‘view your matchday ticket’. This may prompt users to log in with their Swans Club Account, before displaying their ticket(s).

Swansea City would like to remind supporters who wish to use this service that it is the responsibility of ticket holders to check that their in-app ticket is visible before they travel to the Swansea.com Stadium. You will need internet connection for your season ticket to appear and we highly recommend adding your ticket to your smartphone wallet if possible.

Supporters are reminded that season tickets and print at home tickets will also remain fully operational, and ticket holders are welcome to use whichever option is most suitable for them.

PARKING AND TRAVEL

Public parking is available at the Park and Walk site across the road from the Swansea.com Stadium at a charge of £7 per car. 

There are no road closures in place for this fixture.

There are electric charging point bays within the West Car Park available to use at a competitive rate. Please note, these bays are only for electric cars that are being charged during their stay here and we ask all guests are respectful of this.

CASHLESS STADIUM

As of 2023, the Swansea.com Stadium is a cashless stadium and only card payments are accepted.

CATERING

In 2023, the club introduced self-order units to the West Stand concourses which allows supporters to order food and drinks in a fast, effective manner.

Self-order units will be in operation from 2pm, with supporters able to order food and drink on arrival and collect at the designated collection points within the concourses.

It is recommended that supporters pre-order food and drinks for half-time, and this can be done as soon as turnstiles open at 2pm.

INCLUSION ROOM

As a club we want the Swansea.com Stadium to be an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all supporters.

We have introduced an inclusion room at the Swansea.com Stadium which will be available to supporters who may require a quiet space at home matches during the 2024-25 season, while the Disabled Supporters’ Association (DSA) has presented the club with new ear defenders for supporters who can find loud noises challenging.

This is part of our ongoing commitment remain a wholly inclusive and welcoming club for everyone.
