Marc Guehi features for England U21s as Jamal Lowe nets on Jamaica debut
Swansea City’s Marc Guehi and Jamal Lowe were in international action on Thursday, with the forward marking his Jamaica debut with a goal.
On-loan Chelsea defender Guehi played the full game for England Under-21s as they started their European Championship finals campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Switzerland.
Aidy Boothroyd’s side have games against Portugal and Croatia still to come.
Lowe, meanwhile, made his senior international bow as Jamaica faced the United States in a friendly in Austria.
The Reggae Boyz suffered a 4-1 defeat, but Lowe got on the scoresheet for them as he played 72 minutes of the contest.
Elsewhere, Lewis Webb played 45 minutes for Wales Under-21s as they suffered a 2-1 defeat against their Republic of Ireland counterparts at Colliers Park in Wrexham on Friday.
