Chris Kavanagh will be the man in the middle for the Championship play-off final between Swansea City and Brentford at Wembley.
It will be just the third time the Manchester official has taken charge of a Swans game.
He had the whistle for the FA Cup third-round replay win over Wolves in 2018, and for the second leg of the play-off semi-final against the Bees last term.
Kavanagh has been refereeing in the Premier League since 2017, while this season saw him take charge of a Champions League game for the first time.
He will be assisted by Dan Cook and Sian Massey-Ellis, while David Coote will be the fourth official.
