Luke Williams | Swansea City close to full strength for derby
Swansea City head coach Luke Williams has no new injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s south Wales derby.
The Swans boss’ squad came through last weekend’s game at Bristol City without any knocks, and he is set to have the same group to choose from against Cardiff City in the lunchtime kick-off.
"In terms of fitness, we are looking very good. There is nothing new to report on the injury front,” he said.
“We are only without the guys who are out long term. Liam Walsh, Josh Ginnelly and Sam Parker.
“Myko (Kuharevich) has had an injury but he has been back out on the grass, so he is nearly there now, he had a small foot problem. It just needed to settle down.
"Cardiff have been in good form. But form is not the most important thing in this fixture and we are in relatively good form ourselves. But, as I say, it is not the main thing.
"I don’t think there are favourites in this game, it is more difficult to call the game on numbers because there is so much emotion involved."
