Luke Williams | It is down to us to find consistency home and away
Luke Williams wants Swansea City to back up victory over Norwich City with another positive showing against Coventry City this weekend.
The Swans head to the CBS Arena following a strong showing in and out of possession in their 1-0 victory over the Canaries.
All seven of Swansea’s points so far this term have come on home soil, and head coach Williams says the challenge for his side is to now start picking up points and producing consistent performances on their travels.
“We need to see a convincing performance, we need to show the evidence that we are close to and able to pick up results away from home,” he said.
“If we have that, then I think we can really start to feel optimistic. I think we could have had a couple more points on the board, we could have had a better return.
“I think any team coming away from the CBS Arena with three points this season is going to be happy.
“But there are a lot of games ahead of us, and we can control our own destiny to some extent if we can improve our performances and our consistency.”
