Loan watch: Bartley continues promotion push

20th March

Kyle Bartley's Leeds United moved up to fourth and within eight points of an automatic promotion spot in the Championship after a 2-0 win over Brighton.
The centre-back played the full 90 minutes as Garry Monk's side closed in on the second-placed Seagulls thanks to Chris Wood's second-half brace.
Marvin Emnes laid on a goal for Blackburn, who were denied a crucial victory by Preston's last-gasp equaliser at Ewood Park.
The Dutchman delivered a perfect cross for Craig Conway, who put the hosts ahead just before the hour mark.
But Aiden McGeady's 93rd-minute effort cruelly denied Emnes and co three vital points in their fight against the drop.
Blackburn sit one point adrift of safety with eight games remaining.

In League Two, Alex Samuel scored his first goal for Newport County.
But it wasn't enough to prevent the Exiles from going down 3-1 at home to Blackpool.
Samuel bundlded home to give Newport hope as they trailed 2-1, but as they went in search of an equaliser they were punished by a third Blackpool goal deep into injury time.
Newport remain seven points from safety with nine games left to preserve their league status.
Liam Shephard was in action for Yeovil, who picked up a point against ten-man Accrington at Huish Park.
The visitors played for 70 minutes with a man disadvantage following a straight red card, but they went on to take the lead shortly into the second half.
But Darren Way's side were rewarded for their efforts when Francois Zoko levelled with 15 minutes to go.
Earlier that week, Shephard had scored an injury-time equaliser for Yeovil in a 2-2 draw at Barnet.
Meanwhile, Bafe Gomis (Marseille), Franck Tabanou (Granada), Matt Grimes (Leeds), Modou Barrow (Leeds), Josh Vickers (Barnet), Owain Jones (Yeovil) and Tom Holland (Fylde) didn't feature for their clubs at the weekend.
