Limited time left to spend 2023-24 Swans Cash

Swansea City supporters have until June 2 to spend their Swans Cash from the 2023-24 season.

Season ticket holders, Jack Army members and hospitality guests can check their balance by logging into their Swans Club Account and clicking ‘Loyalty’ on their profile.

How do I use my Swans Cash in-store?

Simply present your season ticket at checkout and the balance can be applied to your transaction.

How do I use my Swans Cash online?

Complete your shopping and proceed to the checkout, sign into your Swans Club Account where your season ticket is registered*. 
 
When signed in, you will see delivery options. Make the necessary selections and under ‘review your order’ you will see an option to ‘use loyalty cash’.
 
Enter the amount you would like to redeem and hit 'apply'. This should then be deducted from your final total. Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘pay now’.
 
Follow the instructions on screen to complete your transaction.
 
*Please note, if you checkout as a guest, or with Paypal, you will be unable to redeem your Swans Cash.

Any Swans Cash not redeemed by midnight on June 2 will be wiped.
