Liam Cullen shortlisted for PL2 award
Swansea City striker Liam Cullen has been shortlisted for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for January 2020.
The in-form forward netted 10 goals in all competitions during the first month of the new decade, with four of them coming in two league appearances.
The 20-year-old, who recently signed a new contract with the Swans and made his league debut from the bench at Preston last weekend, netted the winner against Stoke before scoring a hat-trick in a 5-1 win over Middlesbrough.
The other contenders for the award are Faustino Anjorin of Chelsea, Norwich forward Shae Hutchinson, Manchester City striker Ben Knight, Admiral Muskwe of Leicester, Arsenal midfielder Matthew Smith and West Brom’s Rayhaan Tulloch.
