Liam Cullen pens new Swansea City contract
Swansea City striker Liam Cullen has signed a new contract to extend his stay with the club until at least 2024.
The deal also includes an option for an additional 12 months through to 2025.
Cullen’s previous deal had been due to expire in 2022.
The 21-year-old forward has netted three goals for the Swans, including a brace in last weekend’s FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest.
Cullen has made 17 first-team appearances since making his debut in the Carabao Cup defeat to Crystal Palace in August 2018.
The academy product, who hails from Kilgetty near Tenby, has been on Swansea’s books since the age of eight.
He made his debut for the under-18s at the age of 13, and netted 17 goals in 21 appearances for the under-23s last term before being promoted to the senior squad by Steve Cooper.
