Josh Thomas pens new Swansea City deal and makes Bromley loan move
Swansea City striker Josh Thomas has signed a contract extension with the club and joined Bromley on loan, subject to international clearance.
The 21-year-old forward has put pen to paper on a deal through to the summer of 2026, with the option of an additional year through to 2027.
His move to Bromley sees him link up with fellow Swan Cameron Congreve at the League Two newcomers, who are under the stewardship of Andy Woodman – father of former Swansea goalkeeper Freddie.
Thomas has been with the Swans since the age of 12, signing a scholarship in 2019, and a first professional contract in 2020.
The Wales Under-21 international spent the first half of the 2023-24 season on loan with Port Vale, scoring three goals in 15 appearances, including two in their historic run to the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
Everyone at Swansea City wishes Josh well during his loan spell.
