Jordan Ayew seals Crystal Palace transfer
Swansea City striker Jordan Ayew has joined Crystal Palace for an undisclosed fee.
Ayew underwent a medical today and has signed a three-year contract with the London club.
The 26-year-old, who helped Ghana to the African Cup of Nations round of 16 stage this summer, returns to the club where he spent last season on loan, with Ayew helping the Eagles to a 12th-placed finish in the Premier League.
He scored in the 2-0 win at Wolves and the FA Cup victory over Grimsby in January, with his performances enough to convince Roy Hodgson to include him in his plans for the 2019-20 season.
Ayew arrived at the Liberty from Aston Villa in January 2017 and helped the Swans avoid relegation, but the following season saw the club slip into the Championship after a final-day defeat to Stoke City.
Ayew then joined Palace on loan for the 2018-19 campaign, where he made 16 starts in 25 appearances.
He leaves the Swans having scored 12 goals in 58 appearances in all competitions.
Everyone at Swansea City would like to thank Jordan for his service to the club, and wish him well in his career.
