Jack Evans makes Mansfield loan move
Swansea City midfielder Jack Evans has joined Mansfield Town on loan for the remainder of the season, subject to international clearance.
The 21-year-old links up with the Stags, with Graham Coughlan’s side sitting 21st in the League Two table.
Evans, who recently signed a new contract with the Swans through to the summer of 2021, first joined the club’s academy at the age of eight.
After missing the entire 2018-19 season while he received successful treatment for cancer, the central midfielder returned to captain the club’s under-23s side this term – making 13 appearances in Premier League 2 Division 2.
He made his first-team debut as a late substitute in the Carabao Cup victory over Cambridge United in August.
We wish Jack every success in his spell at Field Mill.
