Important information for supporters travelling to Wembley

28th May
Club

Ahead of Saturday’s Championship play-off final, we have some important information for supporters travelling to Wembley.

The Swans will occupy the west side of the stadium, with the ticket office opening from 11am.

Turnstiles will open at 1pm and supporters are encouraged to arrive at least one hour before kick-off.

We also remind supporters that you MUST print your tickets at home.

Face coverings

Face coverings are mandatory at all times, including when seated in the bowl area.

Fans who are exempt for medical reasons from wearing a face covering are asked to please contact the Wembley Customer Engagement Team in advance of the event, details of which can be found HERE, to arrange the collection of a ‘face covering exempt’ lanyard on Saturday.

Proof of your medical exemption will have to be produced upon arrival on Saturday. Please speak to a member of the Wembley Customer Engagement Team, or stewards on arrival as they will be able to direct you to the collection point.

Parking and Blue Badge Parking

It is recommended that any guests wishing to drive to the stadium only use official Wembley Stadium car parks.  To reserve your space please click HERE.  To avoid disappointment, please book your space early.

Food and Beverage

Fans will be able to purchase a range of food and soft drinks on Saturday.

However, Wembley Stadium can confirm that no alcohol will be permitted in general admission areas following confirmation from the UK Government.

Under UK Government guidelines, alcohol can only currently be served in hospitality settings such as pubs or bars where both seated areas and table service are in operation due to social distancing protocols. The details are outlined in both the UK Government’s ‘roadmap out of lockdown’ and Sports Grounds Safety Authority’s ‘Guide to Safety and Sports Grounds’

Wembley Stadium’s general admission areas do not have tables, chairs or operate table service, and therefore are not permitted to serve alcohol in these areas for this fixture.

Please note that Wembley is now cashless. Contactless and SmartPay payments will be accepted at all kiosks.

Bag policy and prohibited items

Please note, no food and drink is permitted inside the stadium and there is a restricted bag policy in place. For full information, please click HERE. All bags will be searched.

No musical instruments are allowed, whilst flags under 2.5m will be allowed in on the day. Anything over 2.5m needs to be pre-agreed and have a copy of the fire certificate supplied to Wembley.

Getting to Wembley

Supporters are reminded that the club are not organising any official coach travel and we ask fans to make their own way to Wembley. There is information on the official Wembley website HERE regarding how to get there.

Thank you for your magnificent support.
