Iestyn Jones and Harlan Perry feature for Wales in European Under-17 Championship
Swansea City's Iestyn Jones and Harlan Perry featured for Wales Under-17s at the European Championship finals in Cyprus.
The duo had played their part in the young Dragons' qualifying campaign as they reached the finals for the second year in a row, while Brogan Popham was also part of the travelling squad after being a late call-up.
Jones and Perry were named on the bench for Wales' opener against Denmark, and 16-year-old Perry was introduced as a substitute in the 70th minute as they suffered a 2-0 defeat as Chidozie Obi and Sofus Johannesen got the goals for the Danes in Larnaca.
Jones and Perry went on to start Wales' second group stage fixture against Austria. Jones played out the full 90 minutes, whilst Perry was substituted in the 85th minute of the 3-0 defeat.
In their final game of the competition, Wales signed off with a 1-1 draw against Croatia.
Jones was named in the starting XI for a second-consecutive game, whilst Perry was introduced in the 80th minute as Wales earned their first point of the tournament.
