'I think: Okay, find Jeff'
Bersant Celina has explained how he is hungry to feed Jefferson Montero whenever the winger steps on to the pitch.
Celina has made a fine start to life at Swansea City, playing every minute of the Championship season so far having joined from Manchester City in the summer.
Montero, meantime, has grabbed the headlines thanks to two sparkling substitute appearances in the first month of 2018-19.
The Ecuador international wideman changed the course of the game at Sheffield United on the opening day, when he came on and inspired a Swans fightback.
Graham Potter’s team had trailed 1-0 when Montero stepped off the bench but ended up winning 2-1 at Bramall Lane.
And the story was almost identical at Millwall last weekend as the 10-man Swans fought back to humble the Lions.
And Celina admits he has been hugely impressed by what he has seen from Montero, whose pace and ability to beat a man have made him a potent threat.
“Jefferson is a very, very good player and a great person too,” Celina said.
“He has unbelievable talent and he has shown that in the games in which he has come on.
“When you have a player on the pitch like Jeff, it gives you hope in any game.
“When I get the ball I think to myself: ‘Okay, find Jeff’. I can see the fear he puts into the opposition.
“The role he played at Millwall was so vital to our win. He got at the full-back and set up two goals, which was an amazing impact.”
