Have your say | Supporter Survey 2025

Swansea City is excited to announce the launch of a new supporter survey, aimed at gathering valuable feedback from the Jack Army.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to rebuild a strong relationship with our supporters and ensure fans' voices are heard as we strive to improve on and off the pitch.  

The club’s leadership is seeking to learn from a difficult season with the primary goal of the survey being to gain a thorough understanding of how our supporters currently feel and to collect constructive feedback that will help us grow and improve as a club. We urge all supporters to participate and be as honest as possible. 

The survey is open for all supporters and will be available until 5pm on Wednesday April 2, 2025. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and we ask supporters to be honest and thorough with their answers, as this invaluable feedback will help to build a stronger and more connected club.

As a thank you to supporters who take the time to fill in the survey, a random winner will be selected from the submissions to win a 2024-25 away shirt signed by Gonçalo Franco.

In addition to this survey, whilst the club currently has a matchday survey that runs throughout the season, we will be revisiting this feedback mechanism to ensure that all supporters have access to regularly provide their feedback and ideas. We hope this will improve fan engagement and give fans the opportunity to maintain a continuous dialogue with the club to ensure supporter voices are being heard.  

Once the survey period concludes, the club will evaluate the responses to identify key areas for improvement and to implement suggestions for the upcoming 2025-26 season. 

We encourage all supporters to get behind this initiative, participate in the survey, and contribute to building new foundations between the club and the Jack Army.
