Harry Darling | We need to be more clinical
Harry Darling felt a point against Stoke City was a positive for Swansea City, but admitted they paid for missed opportunities in front of goal.
The Swans concluded their three-game week by extending their unbeaten run on home turf in the league going into the international break.
Swansea had the better of the chances throughout the match as Jisung Eom, Ronald and Žan Vipotnik all came close but the contest finished goalless.
"There are positives to take from the game. It's another clean sheet for us, but there are still a lot of lessons we need to learn. We need to be brave and take our chances," said Darling.
"It does feel like two points dropped, we had chances but unfortunately, they didn't come off.
"It still means we're unbeaten at home. We want to make it a really hard place to come, I feel like we're playing well at the minute.
"We just need to start being more clinical in front of goal, and good results will start coming our way."
And the 25-year-old proved a busy man in both boxes making crucial clearances and finding himself on target down the other end of the pitch.
"We're all chucking ourselves in front of the ball, and making sure we make an impact. Defensively, we're doing really well," he added.
"A credit to the whole team. It starts from the front, and they really help the boys at the back.
"To get another clean sheet is massive, and a credit to Vigs [Lawrence Vigouroux] for being brilliant.
"We've got two weeks now, get back to work and make sure we're ready after international break."
