Guidolin was key factor in move, says Alberto

New signing Alberto Paloschi revealed that Head Coach Francesco Guidolin was the key factor behind his move to Swansea City.
Paloschi completed his switch from Italian side Chievo on Friday, with the striker signing a three-and-a-half year deal at the Liberty.
The move sees the 26-year-old reunited with Guidolin after the pair worked together for two seasons at Parma between 2008 and 2010, with Paloschi's goals helping the club win promotion back to Serie A.
And he revealed the opportunity to work with his former manager was one that he couldn't turn down.

"I'm very happy to be here," said Paloschi. "I worked with Francesco for two seasons at Parma and we got promoted.
"When I received a call from my agent to tell me that Swansea were interested it was great, but even more so because of the manager - it makes a big difference.
"I know the situation of the club and, being a striker, I know the expectation is to score goals and I've come here to do that."

Paloschi himself is no stranger to the Liberty Stadium, having scored in Italy Under-21s' defeat against Wales back in 2009.
After starting his career with Italian giants AC Milan under the guidance of Carlo Ancelotti, the striker later joined Parma and Genoa before spending the last four seasons with Chievo.
And Paloschi says the chance to play in the Premier League is one he has always dreamt about.
"It's a great opportunity for me because every player wants to play in the Premier League," he said.
"I have always wanted to experience playing aboard and it was my dream to play in this league.
"I watched Swansea when they played Napoli in the Europa League a couple of seasons ago and I know about the style of football here. The club has good facilities, a nice stadium and I've been told that the fans are passionate.
"This is a good opportunity for me now and I'm looking forward to getting started."
