First pro deal for Swansea City's Daniel Williams
Swansea City youngster Daniel Williams has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The midfielder, 18, has put pen to paper on terms for the 2019-20 campaign.
Williams, whose father Nigel was also a scholar in SA1, has progressed through the youth ranks after first joining the academy at the age of eight.
He made 20 appearances for the under-18s in Premier League South during the 2018-19 season, as well as helping the under-19s to FAW Youth Cup glory.
He also appeared for the under-23s, featuring in the 1-0 defeat by Oxford and 2-0 win over Wolves in the Premier League Cup.
He also made his Premier League 2 debut as a late substitute in the 3-1 defeat away at Manchester City.
