As Angel Rangel gets set to leave the Liberty Stadium, we look back at the key moments in his brilliant spell as a Swansea City player.
June 2007 – Signs for the Swans for just £10,000 from Spanish semi-pro side Terrassa.
August 2007 – Makes Swans debut at Oldham.
November 2007 – Scores first goal for the club in a 1-0 win over Hartlepool United.
April 2008 – Named in the PFA League One team of the year after making 52 appearances in all competitions as the Swans are promoted as champions.
2008-09 – Makes a total of 46 appearances as the Swans finish eighth in their first season back in the Championship.
2009-10 – Racks up another 40 appearances as the Swans finish seventh in the Championship, missing out on the play-offs by just a point.
2010-11 – Plays 43 times in all competitions, including the play-off final win over Reading, as the Swans are promoted to the Premier League.
2011-12 – Makes 35 appearances as the Swans enjoy an impressive first season in the Premier League, finishing 11th.
August 2012 – Scores his first Premier League goal in the 3-0 victory over West Ham United at the Liberty.
February 2013 – Plays the full 90 minutes as the Swans win their first major honour after beating Bradford City 5-0 in the Capital One Cup final at Wembley.
2012-13 – Finishes a fine campaign with 37 appearances under his belt as the Swans finish ninth in the Premier League.
September 2013 – Captains the Swans for the first time in the memorable 3-0 victory over Valencia in the Europa League.
2013-14 – Plays 39 times in all competitions as the Swans finish 12th in the Premier League and enjoy a creditable run in Europe.
October 2014 – Makes his 300th appearance for the Swans in their 2-0 win over Leicester at the Liberty.
April 2015 – Named in the Football Manager team of the decade at the Football League Awards.
2014-15 – Ends the season with 29 appearances to his name as the Swans finish a lofty eighth in the Premier League.
2015-16 – Makes 25 appearances in all competitions as the Swans end the season in 12th.
2016-17 – Plays 21 times as the Swans finish 15th in the Premier League courtesy of a late-season surge.
January 2017 – Scores a memorable late winner as the Swans secure a crucial win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
2016-17 – Makes 21 appearances in all competitions as the Swans finish 15th in the Premier League.
November 14, 2017 – Named club captain after Leon Britton joins the coaching staff.
January 2, 2018 – Makes his 373rd appearance for the Swans against Tottenham Hotspur at the Liberty.
