Everyone Deserves a Christmas campaign to launch in Swansea Market

Everyone Deserves a Christmas - the annual project run in conjunction with Swansea City AFC Foundation, Ospreys in the Community and Carolyn Harris MP - is launching at Swansea Market on December 3 from 12pm – 2pm.

Now in its sixth year, the campaign aims to provide festive cheer to those who require an extra helping hand at Christmas time by delivering at least 500 food hampers worth £50 to those who need it most across Swansea.

The Foundation along with Ospreys in the Community and Carolyn Harris MP have also joined with Julie James MS, South Wales Evening Post, Swansea Council, Bay Studios, Amazon and many other local businesses to create a hamper full of festive staples like cheese, meat, and vegetables, and added goodies like pudding, chocolate and crackers.

A large team of volunteers will purchase, pack and deliver the hampers in the days before Christmas.

A bucket collection will take place at the Swansea.com Stadium for Swansea City’s Sky Bet Championship fixture against Norwich City.
