Early access available for Jack Friday retail offers
Swansea City is pleased to offer season ticket holders, seasonal hospitality guests and Jack Army members early online access to our Jack Friday sale.
Eligible supporters can take advantage of 20% off across the whole Swans merchandise range* when purchasing online before Thursday (November 24).
Those who are eligible to access the offer will have received a single use code via email. The code received will be unique to the supporter and can only be used once.
The discount code is valid online only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If you have not received your code, please email marketing@swanseacity.com with your full name and account number, and we will be able to share this with you. If you are unsure of your account number, you can also share a picture of your membership card, which will help us find your account.
Supporters in the UK who spend over £100 will receive FREE delivery on their order (if posting within the UK).
Swansea.com Stadium club shop opening hours for Black Friday weekend
The club shop will be open on the below days and times this weekend for our Jack Friday sale:
Thursday, November 24: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Friday, November 25: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday, November 26: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Sunday, November 27: 10am – 4pm
From this weekend until Christmas Eve, the club shop will be open more regularly. It will open every Sunday between 10am and 4pm (timings subject to change due to fixtures), with the last Sunday opening being December 18.
From Wednesday November 30, the club shop will then open every Wednesday to Sunday until Christmas Eve (Saturday December 24) with the below hours:
Wednesday to Saturday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
Sunday:10am to 4pm
Please note that opening hours may vary slightly due to football and rugby fixtures. We ask supporters to review our opening hours before travelling to the club shop.
Click and collect
Our click and collect service (located at Unit 26, Cwmdu industrial estate) will also be in operation, as usual, between 8am and 2.30pm from Monday to Friday.
Supporters who are collecting an order from Cwmdu, must wait for a confirmation email before visiting.

Christmas Returns policy to the Swansea.com Club Shop
To help with your Christmas shopping, we've extended our returns policy. Any purchases made after Thursday, November 10 can be returned after Christmas (with proof of purchase) up until January 28, 2023 (subject to club shop opening times).
