Swansea City fans can take advantage of heavily-discounted ticket prices for our Good Friday fixture against Hull City, with tickets now on sale to Jack Army members.

The Swans host The Tigers at the Swansea.com Stadium on Friday April 18, with kick-off at 3pm, and junior supporters can also be part of our matchday experience by getting involved in our Junior Jacks Takeover Day, with further details available HERE.

Our most expensive tickets are priced at just £14.50, while tickets for kids (under-12s) are only £1, and we hope to see Jacks of all ages come together to share in our Easter fixture, which is a popular part of the football calendar.

In due course we will confirm details of further matchday events and activities for all the family at this fixture. These ticket prices are also available for Hull City supporters planning to attend.

Supporters can also take advantage of discounted hospitality within our Swans Club, with prices set at £54 for adults instead of £72, and £45 for under-18s instead of £54. To book this package, click here.

Jack Army Memberships

Supporters are advised that the best way to secure your favourite seat is by purchasing a 2024-25 Jack Army membership. Not only will you receive priority seating and discounted ticket prices, but it will also entitle you to Swans Cash and access to the Your Jack Benefits (YJB) scheme.

Jack Army members will be awarded one point for this fixture. Please note that loyalty points will only be awarded after the fixture has been played.

Please note any under-14 tickets must be sold with an accompanying adult.

Supporters should note there is a £2.50 booking fee per ticket for all telephone sales and over-the-counter transactions. However, tickets can be booked online with no booking fees applied, and tickets will be sent digitally.

The club therefore encourages supporters to purchase online, with all tickets purchased online being sent to you via your Swans App or print-at-home. This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat. The ability to purchase online and load your tickets in the app or select print-at home tickets will remain available until kick-off.

Please note digital tickets will be sent no earlier than 72 hours before kick-off and will load in the app once received.

Where to sit

Supporters wishing to buy match tickets are advised that only families, or those wanting a family-friendly atmosphere, should buy tickets in the South Stand.

With the introduction of safe standing in the north-east corner of the stadium, supporters who wish to stand are advised to book in these areas, as ground regulations for the rest of the stadium - including the South Stand - require supporters to be sat during the game.

The safe standing areas are marked on our ticketing system when selecting your seats online, and a box must be ticked before you checkout to acknowledge you are buying in this area.

Alternatively, if there are no seats available in our rail seating areas, we advise supporters to book in WU11-13 and WL9-10.

Accessibility

Supporters who are registered with the club and wish to purchase accessibility tickets can now do so online at no extra cost and can redeem their personal assistant ticket (if required) free of charge.

Please simply log in to your e-ticketing account, select your preferred seats in the stadium and assign one ticket to the Personal Assistant price class.

Supporters wishing to register to receive an accessible carer are advised to send supporting documentation to the ticket office at ticketing@swanseacity.com.

Concessions

Supporters are advised that in addition to changes to the sales procedure for student concession tickets and armed forces tickets, the club has also made changes to the sales process for age-related concessions.

Supporters who wish to checkout online with age-related concession tickets such as seniors, under-12s and under-18s must now ensure that the ticket is assigned to an account with a date of birth that matches the concession rate.

For example, junior tickets must now be assigned to their own account to proceed to the payment page.

If you have already created an account for the concession and you manage tickets on their behalf, please click the ‘re-assign’ button when the tickets are in the basket and select their account from the drop-down menu.

If the supporter wishing to attend does not have their own account already, please click here for information on creating the account and here for information on how to manage tickets on their behalf.

Supporters unable to create additional accounts or having difficulty linking accounts are advised to contact the ticket office who can assist in account creation and linking accounts for you to purchase online.

Parking

Supporters can pre-book parking run by the Event Support Team Ltd by clicking on the following link, with the parking facilities located at the old Virgin Media site, a 15-minute walk from the stadium.

A very limited amount of on-site accessible parking spaces will be available to purchase from 10am on Friday April 4, and these can be booked by contacting the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1).
