The Swans progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup with a comfortable home win over Reading.
After an epic three-match tie against Crystal Palace in the previous round, the Swans saw off their Third Division visitors.
David Giles bagged a brace while Robbie James and Alan Waddle also netted to set up a clash with West Ham in the next round, which saw the Swans beaten 2-0.
The season would end with the Swans finishing 12th in the Second Division, while they exited the Welsh Cup at the semi-final stage after losing to Shrewsbury Town on penalties.
