Cian Harries joins Bristol Rovers
Swansea City defender Cian Harries has joined Bristol Rovers on a free transfer, subject to international clearance.
The Wales Under-21 international, whose contract was due to expire in the summer, has been recalled from his loan spell with Fortuna Sittard and makes the move to the Memorial Stadium.
The transfer to the League One club includes a sell-on clause, with Harries joining a Rovers side sitting 13th in the third tier.
Harries signed for the Swans on a three-year deal from Coventry City in July 2017.
The centre-back arrived at the Liberty having gained significant first-team experience at the Sky Blues, where he played 16 games during the 2016-17 season.
Harries made his Swans senior debut in the Carabao Cup defeat to Crystal Palace in August 2018, before making his first league appearance against Aston Villa two months later.
He also appeared three times during the club's run to the FA Cup quarter-finals, including the narrow last-eight defeat against Manchester City.
Harries joined Dutch top-flight side Fortuna Sittard on loan in August, and had made eight league appearances and scored one goal prior to his recall.
