Cardiff City tickets on sale on Friday
Tickets for Swansea City’s trip to Cardiff City will go on sale from 10am on Friday, March 17.
The Swans take on the Bluebirds at the Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday, April 1 (3pm kick-off).
The game has not been selected for live TV coverage and therefore, due to EFL regulations, will only be streamed to international territories via Swans TV.
We have received our full allocation for the game and it will be a 'bubble’ fixture. This means supporters who wish to attend must travel on official supporter coaches that will depart from the Swansea.com Stadium.
Supporters who plan to attend must purchase both a ticket and return travel package.
Due to the limited number of tickets available for this fixture, there will be a loyalty points scheme in place and an order of sale which can be found below.
Loyalty points are now visible to fans, and supporters can view their loyalty points by logging in to their Swans Club account, heading to the ticketing site and clicking the profile tab in the top right.
You will be taken to your ticketing profile screen which will display your loyalty points. You can also view your account history which will show you which points were added, and when.
To view your account history, go to your ticketing profile and click ‘View Account Menu’ and then ‘Account History’.
We please ask that supporters interested in purchasing tickets and travel packages for this fixture read the below information carefully.
Travel Information
Supporters must have both a ticket and travel package to attend this fixture. The club has organised a number of return coaches, all departing from the Swansea.com Stadium.
There are limited exceptions to this rule, which includes if supporters have purchased tickets and travel through a pre-arranged direct travel scheme.
If you usually attend away fixtures through a pre-arranged direct travel scheme, you should have been contacted by your representative about your travel package if you have the required points.
Please note that Under-16s must be accompanied by adult (who is 18 or over).
Travel Direct
A limited number of tickets will be made available for supporters who live closer to Cardiff, or further east, to travel independently.
You must purchase a Swansea.com Stadium travel package first to secure your place. If you wish to travel direct, you must then email your request to traveldirect@swanseacity.com with your name and Jack Army membership account number.
If your request is approved, you will be notified as such, and the coach travel element of your package will be refunded to you.
This option is limited and requests will be processed on a case by case basis. We advise supporters to email us as soon as you have booked your travel package and not before.
Accessibility ballot system
Tickets for disabled supporters will be available via the away accessibility balloting system. Jack Army points will apply. Please note the ballot for accessible tickets will take place in each window of sale and in advance of the next booking window.
Supporters purchasing accessible tickets must select one paid ticket, and one personal assistant ticket, which will automatically apply the travel. Please note that the travel element of the package is not free of charge.
Ticket exchange
Once supporters have purchased both their ticket and travel package, they will be sent a voucher. Supporters will then need to bring this voucher with them on the day of the fixture.
The voucher will be exchanged on the bus for a valid match ticket. Please note your voucher is not a ticket and must be exchanged for a ticket. The voucher will not allow entry to the Cardiff City Stadium. More information on this will follow.
Both seated and safe standing ticket packages will be available for purchase. When purchasing online, please ensure you have selected the relevant package before checking out.
Loyalty points
The qualifying loyalty points are based on the loyalty points accrued as of Monday, March 13. This means that points for the away fixture against Millwall do not count, and any late Jack Army purchases, to boost your priority window will also not count towards the required amount for Cardiff.
If you have any queries regarding loyalty points, we please request you contact the ticket office via email on ticketing@swanseacity.com before Monday, March 20.
How to purchase
Tickets will be available to purchase online through our ticketing site. We anticipate a high volume of calls and urge supporters to purchase their tickets online only.
Order of sale
It is strictly one ticket per qualifying Jack Army member and sales are online only.
