Ben Cabango believes Swansea City’s midweek trip to face Sheffield United will prove a good barometer of where Luke Williams’ side are in their development.

The Swans are unbeaten in three games ahead of their visit to south Yorkshire, while the Blades – who were relegated from the Premier League at the end of last term – have yet to suffer defeat in the Championship.

Sheffield United are heavily-fancied to be among the promotion contenders, and Wales international Cabango is predicting a tough test.

“We 100 per cent want to keep that unbeaten run going,” said Cabango.

“We know it will be a tough test, and we know they are going to be a top team.

“They have just been relegated from the Premier League and it is going to be a really good test for us.

“Hopefully we can go up there and give a good performance and get a result.”
