Ayew set to return following illness
Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew will return to south west Wales on Wednesday after missing Ghana's World Cup qualifier against Congo today.
The 25-year-old was forced to miss his nation's fixture in Brazzaville due to a stomach bug, but is expected back in Swansea tomorrow as Paul Clement's side step up preparations for Sunday's Premier League fixture against Newcastle United at the Liberty.
Wilfried Bony, meanwhile, trained with his new team-mates today following his transfer deadline day move from Manchester City while loanee Renato Sanches will link up with the squad upon his return from Under-21s duty with Portugal, who face Wales this evening.
