Away Season Ticket scheme 2013-14

Swansea City supporters can now submit applications to become an Away Season Ticket holder for the 2013-14 season.
To be an Away Season Ticket holder you must hold a Jack Army membership. This scheme will be for all away Barclays Premier League fixtures and does not include cup fixtures.
Payment of scheme
The Away Season ticket will be payable over two payments as follows:
• Week commencing 5th August 2013 - £500 Adult/£350 Senior/£220 Children
• Week commencing 3rd February 2014 - £200 Adult/£150 Senior/£130 Children
(Equating to a total of £700 Adult/£500 Senior/£350 Children - these prices have been based on the amounts the away clubs charged for the 2012/13 season)
A £25 administration fee for joining the Away Season Ticket Scheme will be taken at the outset, and in line with your first payment, identified above.
At the conclusion of the 2013/14 season, should your account be in credit, this will be refunded to you as a matter of course, using the same credit/debit card details you provide at the outset.
Please note, if you pay by credit card, there will be an additional two per cent charge added. This does not affect debit card payments.
If a match is rescheduled, postponed, no refunds will be given and you are asked to be mindful that fixtures are subject to change through the season. Should this occur this will be advertised on the club's official website www.swanseacity.net and via local media.
Receiving tickets
Tickets will automatically be sent to you for each away league fixture approximately 21 days prior to the fixture (subject to timescales of when the tickets are received from the respective club).
Should you wish to sit next to another away season ticket holder, we would ask you to indicate this on your submission form. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate this but we will always try our best to facilitate this request wherever possible.
Away travel
Discounts are applied to Away Season Ticket holders through the official travel scheme, the details of which are as follows:
You must become an Away Travel member - membership is at a cost of £6 adult and £3 for OAP or Child). Season coach travel is available for £320 per person. Please note this excludes the Cardiff City away fixture. To receive this discounted rate, payment is required in advance.
A thank you
To thank you for your continued support, we will be issuing an Away Season Ticket Holder membership card. This card provides 10 per cent off in the Club Superstore for Swansea City merchandise (it cannot be used in conjunction with home season tickets, which also benefits from 10 per cent off in the Club Superstore).
Upon joining the scheme we will send you a confirmation letter with your membership card, with club pin badge and voucher to be redeemed at the Club Superstore.
