TICKETS

Tickets for this match are no longer on sale from the Swansea.com Stadium.

There are no on the day sales, and supporters who do not have a ticket are advised not to travel.

 

POSTAGE/ DELIVERY DETAILS

All tickets purchased before 5pm on Wednesday, August 28 have been posted out first class.

If your tickets have not arrived please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com - including your customer number or booking reference - and the club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club.

 

 

SEAT LOCATION

The allocation for this fixture is around 2,000 and supporters are housed in the Smethwick End.

The view from the stand is very good and facilities are available in the concourses beneath the stand. 

Please note the away end is cashless.

 

 

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Supporters travelling by car can follow the below driving instructions.

For an alternative route for those travelling northbound on the M5 avoiding Junction 1.

(1) From M5 junction 1, and West Bromwich:

  • Take the A41 East, sign posted Birmingham City Centre.
  • The stadium is visible immediately after the motorway island is cleared, and stands about 600 metres to the Birmingham side of junction 1 on the right-hand side.

(2) From Birmingham:

  • Follow the A41 West towards the M5 junction 1 
  • The stadium will be located on your left-hand side.

SUPPORTERS' COACHES

Coach travel for this fixture has now sold out.

Coaches will depart the Swansea.com Stadium at 10am on matchday. Supporters under the age of 16 will be refused entry if they try to access away travel unaccompanied.

 

BY TRAIN

Due to a rail strike, there are currently no trains available between Swansea and West Bromwich on August 31.

 

FAN PARK

The open-air Fan Zone will be in operation from midday and will be showing an early Championship game on a big screen. This is open to all fans and includes inflatables, food and drink, and live music. Just show your ticket to enter.

Swansea stewards will be present at this fixture, and will be working alongside the home club's own stewarding operation.
