All tickets purchased before 4pm on Wednesday February 12 have been posted out first class. Tickets purchased after this point will be available to collect at the bet365 Stadium.
If your tickets have not arrived in the post. Please email the ticket office by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com - including your customer number or booking reference - as soon as possible, so the club can arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club.
AT THE STADIUM
Visiting supporters are located in the The Tile Mountain Stand. Members of the club's matchday support team are located around the ground.
SUPPORTER COACH TRAVEL
Coaches will depart the Swansea.com Stadium at 8.30am.
On arrival at the ground, coaches are directed to park and drop off away supporters at the back of The Caldwell Construction Stand, near to the away turnstiles. They remain in situ there until departure after the final whistle.
Swansea City is disappointed to report that there have been several instances of anti-social behaviour on coach travel this season.
Any supporters who have witnessed any anti-social behaviour can report this anonymously to support@swanseacity.com.
Supporters under the age of 16 will be refused entry if they try to access away travel unaccompanied. Supporters using the coach service are reminded that, in line with traffic commissioner guidelines, strictly no alcohol can be brought on board the coaches.
Supporters who do not adhere to this rule, or partake in other instances of anti-social behaviour, run the risk of the coaches being turned around and the club will look to impose a home and away fixture ban for the remainder of this season.
TRAVELLING BY TRAIN
Trains from Swansea to Stoke leave approximately every hour.
Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station is situated on the West Coast Main Line and provides direct access from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Derby and Crewe. The station offers a bar, ATM machine and coffee shops, along with toilet facilities and Wi-Fi.
Stoke City has advised that away supporters are often met by the police at the railway station and taken to Staffordshire University or a pub near to it for refreshments. They are then shuttle bussed up to the bet365 Stadium. After the game, there are buses that return away fans to the railway station.
Supporters can take a two-minute walk from the station to Glebe Street in Stoke town centre, where shuttle buses run to the bet365 Stadium at regular intervals.
Anyone looking to travel to the match by train should plan their journey in advance and pay close attention to any rail disruption. Please check your return journey.
Taxi from the railway station
A taxi rank is located outside the station.
BY BUS
Supporters should look out for the number 20 bus service which runs from Stand N at the Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Bus Station in Hanley to the bet365 Stadium.
This also stops at the railway station and town centre.
Supporters are encouraged to check local bus timetables and plan their journey in advance.
PARKING
The bet365 Stadium is a five-minute drive away from Junction 15 of the M6 for those travelling from the north or south. The ground is well signposted.
Pre-paid match-by-match passes for the club’s South Car Park can be brought directly from the Ticket Office, either in person or by calling 01782 367599.
If you’re unable to park at the stadium, a number of surrounding businesses also offer officially recognised pay-on-the-day parking. These are: Powerleague five-a-side football centre, Hem Heath Cricket Club, Longton Rugby Club, BFM Europe and Screwfix.
The club advises that some of the listed carparks are in the designated road closure area which can be in operation for up to an hour after full-time.
NEARBY PUBS
There are very few places in close proximity to the ground and the town centre is a 40-minute walk from the stadium.
There is a Holiday Inn and a Harvester that allow away fans. A bit further away on Dennis Viollet Avenue is a Powerleague complex that also has a bar, which permits away supporters. Longton Rugby Club, which has two bars, is also an option and is around 20 minutes from the stadium.
