GROUND REGULATIONS

Preston North End have advised that supporters must contact them in advance if they are planning to bring any banners and flags.

Further information is available in the ground regulations page of their away guide here.

Contact safety@pne.com or call 0344 856 1964 with further questions.

SEAT ALLOCATION

Away supporters are located in the Bill Shankly Kop, which is behind the goal at one end of the pitch.

Preston's stadium team have advised that concession tickets are challenged, and recommend that those who have purchased a concession ticket bring relevant ID.

While the stand is modern, Deepdale itself holds the record of being the oldest stadium in the world which has been in constant use, with Preston playing their first match there in 1880.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Parking is available at the host stadium in the Bill Shankly Kop car park. The hosts have a limited number of accessible parking bays for visitors as well as standard bays. Parking is priced at £15 and can only be booked in advance by calling 0344 856 1966.

Further parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis at Moor Park car park. This is charged at £7.50 and is situated on Sir Tom Finney Way.

TRAVEL BY TRAIN

Preston Railway Station is around a mile-and-a-half from the stadium. While some supporters may choose to walk, many opt to get a taxi.

Taxis are available at the station and the cost of the journey will be approximately £5.

If you are travelling by train, please plan your journey in advance and pay attention to any alterations to service plans.

SUPPORTER COACHES

Coaches will depart the Swansea.com Stadium at 12.30pm on matchday.

Swansea City is disappointed to report that, after several instances of anti-social behaviour on coach travel this season, there will be increased security measures in place and, as a result, additional costs to the club.

The club is investigating a number of incidents and any supporters who have witnessed any anti-social behaviour can report this anonymously to support@swanseacity.com. As a result of the increased security costs, the club has taken the decision to increase the price of coach travel.

The club does not make any profit from coach travel and will continue to review security for coach travel, with the aim of safely reducing security measures and associated costs in future matches.

Supporters under the age of 16 will be refused entry if they try to access away travel unaccompanied. Supporters using the coach service are reminded that, in line with traffic commissioner guidelines, strictly no alcohol can be brought on board the coaches.

Supporters who do not adhere to this rule, or partake in other instances of anti-social behaviour, run the risk of the coaches being turned around and the club will look to impose a home and away fixture ban for the remainder of this season.

NEARBY PUBS

There are very few pubs in close proximity to the ground. There are some social clubs near the ground which welcome away supporters, these are St Gregory’s Catholic Club and Moor Park Sports and Social Club.

A bit further from the ground on Watling Street Road is the White Hart, which welcomes away fans.

For those travelling by train, pubs on the route to Deepdale from the station include The Old Vic, The Station Hotel, Hogarths, The Bears Paw, Twelve Tellers, and Slug and Lettuce.
