If your tickets have not arrived please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com - including your customer number or booking reference - and the club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club.

SEAT LOCATION

Supporters are housed in the Oak Road stand which boasts one of the most unique turnstile entries in the country with fans entering through what looks like a terraced house.

The away end holds just over 1,000 travelling fans in the all-seater stand, which is shared with home supporters.

CASHLESS VENUE

Please note, Kenilworth Road is a cashless venue.

STORM DARRAGH

The Met Office have advised that Storm Darragh will bring impacts to large parts of the UK on Friday (December 6) and Saturday (December 7).

Further information can be viewed on their website HERE.

National highways provide travel alerts HERE, while information specific to The Severn Bridges can be viewed HERE.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Kenilworth Road is off M1, Junction 11. Supporters should take the A505 dual carriageway and follow signs to the town centre or train station.

Street parking near the stadium is extremely limited and Luton have recommended heading towards Luton train station (LU1 2LT) or the town centre to find parking options.

Powercourt Parking in St Mary’s Road or Bute Street Shoppers Car Park are suitable options. Supporters can then walk to Luton Bus Interchange (opposite Luton train station, off George Square) and take the Luton-Dunstable busway.

Oak Road – which has the away-end entrance – is closed to traffic on matchdays.

TRAVELLING BY TRAIN

Great Western Rail are reporting disruption to travel on both December 7 and December 8.

Further information can be found here.

SUPPORTER COACHES

Official supporter coaches will depart the Swansea.com Stadium at 8am.

Swansea City is disappointed to report that, after several instances of anti-social behaviour on coach travel this season, there will be increased security measures in place, and as a result, additional costs to the club.

The club is investigating a number of incidents, and any supporters who have witnessed any anti-social behaviour can report this anonymously to support@swanseacity.com. As a result of the increased security costs, the club has taken the decision to increase the cost of coach travel.

The club does not make any profit from coach travel and will continue to review security for coach travel with the aim of safely reducing security measures and associated costs for future matches.

Supporters under the age of 16 will be refused entry if they try to access away travel unaccompanied. Supporters using the coach service are reminded that, in line with traffic commissioner guidelines, strictly no alcohol can be brought on board the coaches.

Supporters who do not adhere to this rule, or partake in other anti-social behaviour, run the risk of the coaches being turned around and the club will look to impose a home and away fixture ban on any individuals responsible for such behaviour for the remainder of this season.

NEARBY PUBS

There are two designated away fan bars. Beech Hill Conservative Club (LUV 8HZ) is a five-minute walk from the ground and is popular with travelling support.

The second designated away pub is the Hightown Club (LU2 0DZ) but this is a 30-minute walk from the ground.

ACCESSIBILITY

Luton Town have provided a map to help fans with accessible requirements navigate the stadium.
