Swansea City are back on the road on Saturday as they make the trip to face Hull City at the MKM Stadium.

Here is a handy away guide for any Jacks making the trip.

SEAT ALLOCATION

The club received an initial allocation of 1,255 tickets.

These seats are situated in the north-east corner of the stadium, with some blocks of the North Stand also used when needed to house a full away end.

Fans should enter the ground via turnstiles 47 to 50, and one to five. Lift access is via disabled entrance 46.

The MKM Stadium is relatively new and has good views and modern concourses.

It has also been home to the rugby league side Hull FC since 2003.

 

TICKETS 

Tickets for this match will remain on sale for in-person transactions until 10.30am on Friday February 9.

Duplicates and collections will be available from the ticket office at the MKM Stadium.

 

POSTAGE/ DELIVERY DETAILS

All tickets purchased before 4pm on Wednesday February 7 have been posted out, with all tickets purchased after this point being available to collect from the Swansea.com Stadium between 9am and 5pm on Thursday February 8 and between 9am and 10.30am on Friday February 9.

Any uncollected tickets will then be sent to the MKM Stadium for collection from the Ticket Zone at the East Stand of the stadium around 90 minutes before kick-off.

If your tickets have not arrived in the post by 11am on Friday February 9, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com and include your customer number or booking reference in your message. The club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club. 

The club cannot guarantee any duplicate tickets requests received after the above time will be actioned.

All supporters collecting pre-paid tickets or duplicates MUST produce photographic ID when collecting at the MKM Stadium. Failure to produce this may result in you not being issued your tickets.

 

SUPPORTER COACH TRAVEL

Supporter coach travel is priced at £42 per person and coaches will depart the Swansea.com Stadium at 7am on Saturday.

PARKING

Walton Street Car Park is open to home and away supporters and boasts 1,100 matchday parking spaces. Parking is charged at £5 per vehicle and the postcode is HU3 6GA.

Please note that due to a burst water pipe, Rawling Way - close to Walton Street - is closed and Hull City has recommended supporters taking the following route from the M62:

  • Head east on A63.
  • Use the left lane to take the A15 slip road to Beverley/A164/Humber Bridge.
  • At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Boothferry Rd/A15.
  • At Wingfield Farm Roundabout, take the second exit onto Boothferry Rd/A1105 (straight on).
  • At the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on Boothferry Rd/A1105.
  • At the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on Boothferry Rd/A1105.
  • At the Roundabout take the second exit on Anlaby Road/A1105.
  • Turn left onto Walton Street.

 

It is also possible to park in any of the following city centre car parks:

St Stephen’s Street (0.9 miles, 18-minute walk from stadium).
Pryme Street Multi-Storey (1.1 miles, 23-minute walk from stadium).
Francis Street (1.2 miles, 25-minute walk from stadium).
Osborne Street Multi-Storey (1.4 miles, 28-minute walk from stadium).
Mason Street (1.5 miles, 31-minute walk from stadium).
George Street Multi-Storey (1.5 miles, 32-minute walk from stadium).

 

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING

The club has received an allocation of eight wheelchair bays and accompanying carer tickets Hull from City, which can be purchased via our ticketing website using the accessibility ballot.

The hosts have also advised us of specific seats that are suitable for supporters with accessible needs.

 

BY TRAIN

The nearest train station to the MKM Stadium is Hull, which is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

The station is managed by TransPennine and you can find out more about it here.

The journey from Swansea Train Station will take approximately seven hours, and will require two changes.

 

BUS

The MKM Stadium is served by two buses from Hull Paragon Interchange: Stagecoach bus number two – which departs from bay six (buses every 10 minutes) – and East Yorkshire bus number 66, which departs from bay seven.

NEARBY PUBS

The Pitchside Bar – an away fans' pub located at the stadium - will open two hours before kick-off and close when the match has started. It also shows live sport.

The majority of pubs surrounding the stadium only allow home fans. There are some pubs in the city centre which will allow away fans to enter

 

PERIOD OF SILENCE 

There will be a period of silence ahead of the game to mark the 50th anniversary of the Gaul Trawler tragedy. The fishing vessel sank in the Barents Sea during an intense storm causing all 36 crew members of the Hull-based trawler to sadly lose their lives.

Hull City representatives will also lay a wreath.
