What's it like? Swans fans will be based in the Vicarage Road Stand behind the goal on matchday. There is also food available at the ground. For supporters with visual problems, up to three headsets are available for use during the game.
Hotels - There are a number of chain hotels near Watford including Hilton, Mercure, Holiday Inn Express and Jurys Inn
Pubs and grub - The 'Oddfellows' (WD18 0RD) is a five-minute walk from the ground and has a BBQ in the beer garden. The majority of supporters head for the Wetherspoons pub 'Moon under Water' (WD17 2BS) on the High Street, which is a ten-minute walk away. On this street, amongst others, are Walkabout, Revolution, The One Crown, Bar Bordega, The One Bell, The Reflex, Baraka, and Kandi Klub.
Please be advised that alcohol is not sold in the stadium.
Parking - There are private matchday car parks available at some industrial units near the ground, as well as the Vicarage Road Girls School, close to the stadium (charge is around £7 per car).
The ground itself is near to the town centre with a number of car parks within walking distance.
The Church multi-storey car park (four hours for £2.70) is on the inner ring road, but can be busy to get out of after the game. The Harlequin multi-storey, which costs the same, is renowned to be easier to leave after the game and might be a better option.
Train - Watford High Street station is a ten-minute walk from Vicarage Road, but most trains come into Watford Junction - a 20-minute walk from the stadium.
Watford also has its own tube station - on the Metropolitan Line - and is under a mile from Vicarage Road, but trains from London are normally quicker.
Trains from Swansea to Watford High Street leave at 7.28am, 8.28am and 9.28am for the journey of just over four hours.
Trains returning to Swansea leave at 5.24pm and 6.04pm getting in at 9.43pm and 10.45pm. Tube travel is needed between Paddington and Queens Park.
