SEAT ALLOCATION

Away supporters are located in the eastern corner of the South Stand, where they can enjoy a superb view of the action. Food at the stadium includes pies, hot dogs, burgers, pizza and chips. Meanwhile, you could also try the local delicacy – Parmo in a bun – which is chicken in breadcrumbs with parmesan sauce.

PARKING

There is a small amount of parking available at the stadium in Car Park E, where it costs £6 per car, and spaces can be booked through the Middlesbrough FC ticket office.

Otherwise, there are a number of private car parks along the nearby river, where you can park for £4, although you may endure a lengthy getaway after the game.

Also, when you reach the turn off the A66 (as signposted) for the stadium then, rather than turning left at the top of the slip road towards the ground, turn right to go back across the A66 and there is plenty of street parking available in this area.

BY TRAIN

Middlesbrough Railway Station – located on Albert Road – is just over a mile away from the Riverside Stadium. You can walk to the ground in around 15 to 20 minutes.

The journey from Swansea takes a mammoth eight hours, so expect an early start to your Saturday morning.

Trains leave at 3.59am, 5,29am and 6.47am but there are no return journeys, so an overnight stay will be required.
