Swansea City make their shortest away trip of the Championship season as they face Bristol City on Saturday. Here is our handy guide to help and improve your matchday experience.

SEAT ALLOCATION

Away fans are housed at one end of the stadium in the Atyeo Stand, where around 4,200 fans can be accommodated. Food available at the stadium includes steak and ale pies, pasties and sausage rolls.

PARKING

It can be difficult finding somewhere to park near Ashton Gate as many streets now have double yellow lines, while parking at the stadium is for permit holders only.

However, it is recommended that you try the Bedminster Cricket Club on Clanage Road (A369), where you can park for £5 before making the 10-minute walk to the stadium.

BY TRAIN

The nearest train station is Parson Street, which is about a mile or 20-minute walk from Ashton Gate.

From Swansea, the journey takes around two hours via changes at either Newport or Bristol Parkway.

Trains leave at 29 minutes past the hour between 9am and 11.30am, there is also a service at midday, while the return journeys depart at 5.37pm, 6.35pm, 7.35pm and 9.16pm.

Additionally, supporters are informed that there will be a Football Special train returning to Swansea from Bristol Temple Meads at 6.14pm. Further station stops on route to Swansea will be updated once provided.
