Aldo Kalulu hungry for more
Aldo Kaulu is itching for more game time at Swansea City after his fine showing in the win over Huddersfield.
The 24-year-old winger put his injury disappointments behind him with a lively display on what was his first league start since August.
He showcased the speed and trickery that the Swans had seen in his time at FC Basel, picking up an assist and proving a constant menace to the Terriers defence.
Head coach Steve Cooper has spoken of the importance of being careful with Kalulu given the injury issues he has had, but the man himself is chomping at the bit for any chance he can get between now and the end of the season.
“Everybody saw what I am capable of against Huddersfield, I am fit and hungry for more opportunities,” he said.
“I hope to play against Fulham on Wednesday, but that it is up to the manager.
“I think I showed the manager and the backroom staff that I can help the team and I can offer something different to the squad.
“I’m back and I hope to pick up as many minutes as I can from now until the end of the season.”
