Alan Sheehan | We all have to keep pulling in the same direction

Alan Sheehan has urged everyone at Swansea City to keep pulling in the same direction as they seek to make the most of the opportunity presented by back-to-back home games.
Having picked up a thoroughly-deserved point at automatic promotion hopefuls Leeds United last time out, the Swans now host Derby County and Plymouth Argyle in SA1.
It provides a chance for the Swans to secure the valuable points to ensure the club remains in the Championship next season.
And caretaker head coach Sheehan wants the club to again show unity and togetherness.
“It’s a big opportunity for us, to have these two games at home,” said Sheehan.
“We will need the fans with us, they have been absolutely wonderful with us all the way through, they were right behind us at home against Middlesbrough and Blackburn.
“This is a difficult game against a team who have been on a good run and will be full of confidence.
“We all have to be on the same page, we are going to need everyone involved and pulling in the same way to give us the best chance of being successful.”
