2024-25 season steward vacancies
Swansea City is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our matchday team as stadium stewards.
Our stewards are the face of our stadium, providing excellent supporter service, assisting with crowd control, and ensuring that all stadium policies and procedures are adhered to.
If you are passionate about working with the public and have excellent communication and observational skills, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Employment Type: casual contract
Working Hours: Irregular working hours (including evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
Hourly Rate: Starting from £11.44 per hour
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting spectators, providing directions to seats, and handling general queries or concerns
- Monitoring crowd behaviour, identifying potential issues and reporting them via the correct channels
- Checking tickets on entry and assisting with bag checks

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Successful applicants will be invited on October 9 or October 10 2024.
Those successful at interview will be required to attend a mandatory induction day.
GENERAL STATEMENT
