INFORMATION FOR BROADCASTERS
Camera operators will be allocated positions either on the gantry or pitchside, depending on what has been requested via the i-PBS system.
Radio and TV broadcasters will be allocated a seat near the back of the West Stand. Your seat number will be printed on your match ticket and on the press box seating plan, which will be displayed in the press room.
Written media will be allocated a seat on Row J; the seating and desk space on the concourse which is situated below the main press box.
With ISDN technology being phased out by BT ahead of its deactivation, we have moved to an IP network system and are moving away from ISDN access, in line with a number of EFL and Premier League clubs who have already made this switch.
The club has invested in installing a new and improved media network for the 2024-25 season, and we are confident this will be able to meet your matchday broadcast needs.
For any technical queries regarding this, please contact josh.jones@comexit.net.
For in-vision presenting, a space on the gantry will be allocated.
All pitchside camera operators should follow the same rules as photographers, which can be viewed further down this page.
Pre-match interviews
Pre-match interviews must be requested in advance of matchday and the location agreed with the club. In most cases, pre-match interviews will be conducted in the same place as post-match interviews.
Post-match interviews
TV rights interviews will take place in a designated room in the tunnel.
Radio interviews will take place in a designated room off the press conference room [door located to the left of the manager's podium]. If you require access to this room post-match, please make your way to the press conference room and make yourself known to a member of the Swansea City media team.
