The Swansea City Fan Engagement Plan is the first document of its kind for the club and sets out the hopes for the 2024-25 season. However, this document should be viewed as a crucial first step and a platform to build upon as the club recognises that there is plenty to improve on in this area.

Consultation with supporters is at the heart of the document, as we target making good strides ahead of the publication of our 2025-26 Fan Engagement Plan in June 2025.

These may include: improving the matchday experience for women, LGBTQ+, young fans and other minorities, or adding to the matchday experience through other fan-driven initiatives.
