Travelling to the Swansea.com Stadium

On this page, you should find information to make your journey to the stadium as easy as possible. 

GETTING HERE BY CAR

PARKING

There is no street parking available near the stadium. For supporters wishing to drive to the stadium, we recommend the LCV Car Park. This is less than a five minute walk to the stadium and the route has drop kerbs and pelican crossings.

 

LCV Car Park
Spaces are available at the low-cost vans (LCV) site on Normandy Road, within the Morfa Industrial Estate. Spaces must be purchased in advance, either at the following link, or by contacting the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1) or ticketing@swanseacity.com

Please note, spaces will not be available to purchase on a matchday.

The carpark is approximately a 5-minute walk from the stadium and has an accessible route directly to the stadium. The address of the site is Riverside House, Normandy Road, Plasmarl, SA1 2JA.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Limited onsite parking is available for disabled supporters who meet the club’s criteria of eligibility. This can be purchased match-by-match or on a seasonal basis. Please note our car parks close 15 minutes before kick off, therefore you must arrive within plenty of time, as queues do form outside the stadium.

PARKING AT THE STADIUM

On a match by match basis, there may be parking available on-site but we cannot guarantee this, especially on Category A fixtures. Please note that car parks close 15 minutes before kick off. 

 

STADIUM DROP-OFF POINT

As well as onsite parking, we have a designated drop off point at the stadium which is located next to the Ivor Allchurch Statue (close to the ticket office).

 

We ask supporters who are visiting SA1 to be mindful of where they park on a matchday and respect residential parking near the stadium and avoid blocking driveways and garages. 

GETTING HERE BY BUS

The Swansea.com Stadium is located 2.5 miles from Swansea bus station with route 4 and 4A taking you directly to the stadium. The journey takes around 15 minutes and the bus stop is adjacent to the stadium. Between the stop and the stadium, there is a pelican crossing and drop kerbs. You will arrive at the stadium in the north-west corner.

There is also a taxi rank located outside the bus station. A taxi from here will cost approximately £15.

GETTING HERE BY TRAIN

Swansea Station is located 1.5 miles from the stadium. There is a direct train link to London Paddington and Manchester Piccadilly. It is managed by GWR and you can find out more amenities at the station by clicking here.

Once you arrive in Swansea, you can either walk, take the bus, or use a taxi to get to the stadium.

By busThere is a bus stop opposite the train station. You will need the 4 or 4A route.

By taxi – There is a taxi rank to the left of the station as you exit. Taxis from here are charged at approximately £7.

On foot – It will take approximately 30 minutes to walk from the train station to the stadium. The postcode for the stadium is SA1 2FA.

STAYING IN SWANSEA

Travelling a long way? Swansea is a vibrant, modern city located on the beautiful Welsh coast and close to the iconic Mumbles and the world’s ninth-best beach in Rhossili Bay.

Those staying overnight can find plenty of hotels in the city, while Wind Street is a must for food and drink.

Premier Inn - There are three Premier Inn hotels in Swansea. There is one located in the city centre and another in the waterfront development, while the third (Swansea North) is a little further out.

Grand Central Hotel - Located opposite Swansea Railway Station, which is useful for anyone making the journey by train. It does not have a car park, but hotel goers can use the railway car park, which is priced at £6 for 24 hours.
